What changed in next/image defaults in Next.js 16?

Explanation

Previously, images without Cache-Control were revalidated every 60 seconds, which loaded the CPU. Now the default TTL is 4 hours. The priority prop is deprecated in favor of the more explicit preload. Also, local images with a query string require images.localPatterns.search, and the default qualities is [75].
